X Factor 2005 Music
The X Factor was created by Simon Cowell to sell records and in this it has succeeded in creating many well known artists in the pop category. 2005 was the first year any artists released records from the show which included three number one albums and two number one singles.

As X Factor 2004 did not finish until late into 2004 there were no single releases for that year they followed in January 2005, the first being the X Factor 2004 winner Steve Brookstein.
